Elks Helldorado 37th Annual Sponsor Pinback Las Vegas Nevada 1971

 This celebration was sponsored by the Elks Club of Las Vegas, Nevada. They raised money for charitable organizations. The celebration featured an annual parade, the kangaroo court, temporary jail to hold prisoners until bail was raised for charity, and I believe a Rodeo.

The Jail was on Fremont street as well as where the parade was held.. There also was a permanent facility near downtown where a carnival and events were held each year. It was called Heldorado Village.
