OUR PROCESS
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment by Justin (excluding Sunday).
We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment.
LOCAL PICKUPS
FREE local pickups.
Local payments must be made through eBay's check out. We no longer accept payment in store. Simply select Local Pickup under shipping options and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship all orders via FedEx and USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your PayPal account.
Any item over $200 requires signature confirmation.
Domestic shipping prices are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO shipments are subject to additional charges. Contact us for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
COMBINED SHIPPING

All in state residents of Colorado will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.
An unpaid claim case will be opened within eBay after an item goes unpaid for two (2) days.
Be sure to confirm your PayPal shipping address prior to payment. We do not allow changes to an address after payment. We only ship to the confirmed address registered to your PayPal account.

Returns
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every order.
In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
All items must be returned in original packaging. Returning in other packing or boxes many result in extra shipping fees that will be deducted from your return.
If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
