Rustins Quick Dry Stain Blocker and Multi-Surface Primer 250ml Indoor or Outdoor

Rustins Quick Drying Stain Blocker and Multi-Surface Primer is a quick drying water based matt white Stain Blocker for interior and exterior use, with excellent adhesion to wood, plaster and previously painted surfaces. it will seal all stains that may bleed through and discolour paint. When dry, it can be painted with any type of paint and undercoat.

Type: Quick drying water based matt white primer with excellent adhesion to a wide range of surfaces.

Intended Use: Can be used on ceramic tiles, concrete, mortar, melamine, drywall, glass, paint, MDF, wood and plasterboard.

Special Features: Low odour. Non-yellowing on ageing. Quick-drying. Wash brushes in water. When dry can be painted over with many types of paints and undercoat.

Coverage: This tin will cover approximately 3m² one coat depending upon surface condition and porosity.

Usage Instructions:

Preparation: The surface must be dry and free from, dust and contaminants.

Application: Application Using a synthetic brush or varnish roller, apply evenly and liberally.

Coats: Apply 3 liberal coats according to the coverage rate. More absorbent surfaces or commercial premises may require 4 coats.

Drying Time: Touch dry within 20 minutes depending on the temperature and humidity.

Re-coating Time: 2 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity.

Application Temp: Ideally 15-25°C. Do not use below 10°C, or in conditions of high humidity.

Compatibility: When dry can be painted over with undercoat and many types of paints.

Settlement: STIR WELL BEFORE AND DURING USE.

Clean-Up: With water whilst still wet. If dried-on, clean equipment and brushes with Rustin’s Brush Restorer.

Shelf-life/Storage: Many years if stored in original, tightly closed container in normal conditions. Protect from frost.

Hazards: Non-flammable. Flash point: Nil. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
