Shipping

	
								We ship fast! Like a Flash and pack everything using the best protective shipping supplies.In stock merchandise is shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment from our Batcave to your doorstep and include USPS tracking.

We will ship the easiest,safest,inexpensive way possible.If this concerns you in any way you may choose to upgrade your shipping method/speed for an extra cost.Shipments usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. One week or less is the average.Please note; due to the volume of orders we process each day it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update.Purchases made on the weekend ship Monday. 

Extended Handling time items

99% of the items we sell are brand new and in stock,however it's important to pay attention to the handling time in the listing. Depending on availability,some items may ship separately having an extended handling time.It is important to review those times reflected in the listing to have an accurate, appropriate understanding and expectation of when your item will ship and be received.  

Batcave Treasures ships internationally through eBay’s Global Shipping Network (GSN).Ebays GSN  provides  an invoice for all applicable items, shipping, and import charges.Unfortunately, we are not allowed to edit these charges, even to offer a shipping discount.

Returns

								We offer hassle free 30 day returns and will make the process as easy and painless as possible.So if you receive an item and decide you want to return it, simply contact our customer service department for return authorization. Are you a collector? Did you communicate this to us prior to purchase? if not you may have to pay to ship it back to us.  

If a replacement is requested we will ship it once we have the original-unopened,unused item back.If you open or break the item it is not eligible for return. The buyer is responsible to cover shipping fees for exchanged items.
 

Although 99% of the items we sell are brand new we can't guarantee mint perfect items.Items typically show minor paint variations,or package variations from the manufacturer.These are not to be considered as defects and as such if returned are returned out of your personal preferences or remorse.Buyers who misuse our return policy or because they failed to communicate with us upfront that they are a collector will be blocked from future purchases and reported to eBay.

Yes,some people have tried to return broken items to us and even toys that we never sold to them. Attempting to pull the old switcheroo---switching their older or broken toy for a brand new one.A fraudulent practice known as re-packing. Which of course is FRAUD and theft.

Batcave Treasures has worked with local authorities and taken security measures to make sure the goods returned are in fact the original items we sold.
Each item we sell is security tagged so once we get it back,we will know if it's ours or not.If it is, you'll get a refund,if it isn't You'll get a phone call.
