Pictured are 5 scheduled performers including: Patricia Morison, Peter Palmer, Forrest Tucker, Jayne Mansfield, Gisele Mackenzie [and a 6th unidentified "Surprise Star" teaser]. Condition: The order form is unused; the front cover has faint traces of light soiling but no notable damage (scan # 1); pages 2 thru 4 have a faint trace of handling but no notable damage (see scans).
