Vintage Campagnolo C-Record/Chorus? Syncro II 7 Speed Shifters Levers Braze-on 2

These shifters appear to be complete and in good condition, just a few marks from use/storage.  They have a nice finish, almost pearlescent, and I believe they are either C-Record or Chorus.  Rear is 7-speed indexed, front is friction.  They appear to be complete, but please check out all of the pics before purchasing.  Thanks!
