OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1.Plug the power cord into 120VAC, 60Hz electrical outlet. 2.Set the controller to desired setting 3.Place heating mat/pad on the safe environment area. 4.Press the OFF button and unplug power cord when finished. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF CONTROLLER Your heating mat/pad controller is equipped with a special safety feature designed to shut the heating mat/pad off after the selected time up to 12 hours of use. 

To restart the controllers, you can confirm the amount of time and adjust to the correct temperature setting. NEVER LEAVE A POWERED UNIT UNATTENDED. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT DRY CLEAN, DO NOT USE BLEACH, DO NOT USE WRINGER AND DO NOT IRON YOUR HEATING MAT/PAD! 

WARRANTY This heating mat/pad is warranted against defective material or workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty term: 1 year Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at no charges as long as it has not been repaired or tempered with and was used according to these printed instructions. 

Any changes incurred to ship the product back for replacement are the sole responsibility of the consumer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights as well as other rights, which vary from state to state.

  • We accept payment by PayPal and credit card.
  • Immediate payment is required./Payment needs to be received within 24 hours of purchase or the transaction may be cancelled .
  • We do charge sales tax in California. State taxes will be calculated at checkout.
  • We ship within 2 business days FEDEX ground.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box addresses.
  • We do ship to international addresses. Buyers are responsible for any international customs, shipping and duties that may apply.
You must meet these requirements to make a return:
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered.
  • Package must be shipped in a brown shipping box with sufficient packing materials, the same way you received your package.
    • We suggest you insure your return shipment to protect against damage or loss. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original unaltered condition with all manufacture accessories, manuals and warranties.
    • Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount. Mega Distribution Int'l Inc will refuse collect and postage-due shipments. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit to be processed.
Follow these steps to complete your return:
  1. Please contact Mega Distribution Int'l Inc. Return Department at for a Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed, accepted or refunded.
  2. Place the return authorization number clearly on three sides of the shipping carton.
  3. Include a copy of your original invoice.
  4. Include a note explaining the reason for the return and request for a refund or exchange.
Returning Hardware and Accessories 

Non-Defective Machines and Other Hardware 

We will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of your receipt less handling & shipping fee. Please contact our return department for an RA#. Customers will bear all shipping costs for the return of non-defective hardware. All non-defective returns of hardware will be charged a 20% restocking fee per industry standard. If you received free shipping, we will assess the shipping charges additionally. 

Exchange/Refund of Defective Hardware 
Please examine your package immediately upon receipt. Please send back the defective item within 14 days of receipt, if we determined the problem is due to manufacturer defect, Voltex Safety Products will reimburse your shipping cost up to $25. Please contact our technical/return department for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and for technical troubleshooting. We will reship you a new unit once we receive your merchandise. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, damaged due to human error, or intentional destruction will incur a minimum 20% restock charge as well as any related shipping costs. 

Exchange 
All replacement systems are shipped via FEDEX Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail. However, customers have the option of paying for the difference of an expedited shipping method.
