Personalised items are not eligible for return.

For all other items please notify us within 14 days and return item at your own cost, unused and in original packaging to the address below. 

Please ensure you enclose a copy of your order.

For exchanges please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Information

Remote locations, offshore and islands may take longer to deliver - this is beyond our control.

If the goods are damaged in transit please let us know in writing immediately and sign as damaged.

Delivery Terms & Conditions. 

If we offer free delivery to Mainland UK it may come by one of a number of different services. 

You must provide us with an address where the goods can be received and signed for and a telephone number. 

The courier will attempt to deliver the goods before returning them to us. If they leave a card it is your responsibility to contact the courier and arrange collection ASAP. If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, any refunds will be given less the postage charges to despatch parcel and return parcel back to us. Being 'out' and unable to sign for items is not a viable reason for bad feedback!

We do not offer Courier delivery offshore UK. There is a large surcharge to us for delivery to Northern Ireland and all offshore British Islands - Including Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands. If you need a 24 hour service call for a quote.

There are no Saturday deliveries other than by RM.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Use of 24 hour couriers - delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed it is affected by remote locations.
