Sales Tax Information:
We are required by law to collect State and Jurisdictional Tax for any item that is shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OK, NV, NY, PA, SC, SD, TX, WA, and WI.

International Customers:
International customers must pay via PayPal in US Dollars. Shipping and Import/Export charges and fees will be added at time of checkout, in accordance with the guidelines of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). 
Please Note: EPC, inc. does not collect or receive ANY payment or compensation from international shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, import/export fees, or other charges added to eBay orders utilizing the GSP service.

Shipping Method:
EPC primarily uses UPS or USPS to ship items purchased from our eBay Listings. Although our listings may show Free UPS or USPS shipping, we ultimately reserve the right to ship by our preferred courier (usually the most cost effective while maintaining our deadline). You may use eBay's own shipping calculator (located in the Shipping tab) to figure out the shipping cost prior to bidding or making an offer.  If you would like to request a specific shipping service, please contact us prior to purchase for approval. Special request cases may incur additional charges. Signature required for delivery of Orders+Shipping over $500.
We are not able to ship items that will not physically fit into a P.O. box to a P.O. box address or Puerto Rico unless you agree to accept the cost of the additional charges from USPS.  Please note: we can only ship to PR using USPS and our Free Ground shipping is only valid within the continental United States; extra charges apply to AK & HI.

Customer Provided Postage (U.S.A. Domestic Orders Only):
Please contact us prior to purchase if you wish to ship via your UPS or FedEx account. (again, we are not able to provide this service for international orders).

Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping:
Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping are available by special request only, on a case-by-case basis.
For Expedited Shipping options and fees, please contact us for approval prior to purchase. 
All special request orders must be arranged and paid for by 11AM EST.
All orders paid after 11AM EST will ship the following business day, regardless of any special arrangements.

International Buyers:
International Buyers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). EPC will ship orders purchased by international buyers to the eBay Global Shipping Hub, where they will be forwarded to whichever international address has been provided by the buyer. 
We DO NOT ship directly to any international location.

What's Covered Under Warranty?
Warranty coverage is for all hardware, hardware components, and software included with the original sale.
Software pre-installed at time of purchase will be covered for initial 30 Days ONLY. All other software installed post-sale (not included/installed at time of sale) will not be covered under warranty. Software/Data Recovery is not covered under Warranty.
NOTE: When configuring your system for first use, please ensure that all backup and recovery files are created in the event that your software is compromised. 

Repairs:
In the event that repairs are sought without a return, estimates for all repair and service costs must be submitted to the EPC, inc. accounting department for approval BEFORE proceeding with repairs (please contact us for details).
Any repair/service cost summary submitted without prior approval from the EPC, inc. accounting department may be denied as part of the warranty procedure, and may not be reimbursed.  

Additional Warranty Information:
All returns are subject to authorization from EPC, inc., and require an RMA number. Returns for refund may be assessed a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund. 

eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP):
All International Sales purchased via the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) will be subject to the eBay GSP Return Policy, which may differ from the warranty described above.

NON-EBAY Shipping Distributors/Mail Forwarding Services:
EPC, inc. does not authorize the use of Shipping Distributors/Mail Forwarding Services (other than the eBay GSP), due to a strict EXPORT policy.
IF FOR ANY REASON THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, THE ORDER WILL HAVE THE WARRANTY VOIDED - NO WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE WILL BE HONORED.
