• These items are brand new and manufactured by Wolff Fording & Co.  The top layer of the tutu is white satinette with red and blue sequin trim, then 2 layers of net.  Also included is a cotton twill sailor gob hat with blue ribbon trim. There is a red ribbon choker with a chiffon sash and flower accessory.  The size on the tutu is a girls small child.  Refer to the measurement chart provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit.  Great pieces for dress up, or to use in a patriotic themed dance/theatrical production. swrm onesiebx

We ship out same day Monday through Friday (unless you buy after 2pm which is when our pickup is) We opted out of the guaranteed delivery program because we want our customers to be able to contact us and tell us to wait on shipping to allow them to "shop" and then "combine their purchases" and save money on the shipping. If you want to "peruse" the store, write us first and tell us to wait to ship so you can shop.Then write us when you are done (up to one week and we will combine everything and you can pay in one payment with combined shipping.
