Refunds & Returns

1.     We offer 30 days return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from  the date you receive your order if you have any issues with the product and  would like to return. Only unused, undamaged and item in its original  condition can be qualified for a return.

2.     If the package arrives in a damaged  condition, please record the issue immediately with the courier or delivery  company. You should also take photos of the box that contains the product, take photos of the whole content of the package you received, take photos of  the damaged and/or broken parts of the items you received. All the photos  must be of good quality and clearly show the broken/damaged parts.

3.     All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you must  provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the  return.

4.     We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in  its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories  included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR,  you may choose to have a replacement .

5.     If you are not satisfied with the product you received and want to return  it, you have to submit the photos of the shipping label on the package, the  photos of the whole content of the package and the photos of the problem you  have with the item. If the problem cannot be depicted on photos, please take  a short video, upload it to youtube and give us a link. Once this  information is submitted, we will work out a good solution which will  satisfy you.

6.     Please contact us to get a reference number and return address BEFORE  sending out your return. Goods without reference number will NOT be  accepted. Please write the reference number on/in the returning package.
