The boots are new in the box.  Hush Puppies Pavillion black or brown boots.  The boots are 3 1/2" tall from heel to top of boot and the boots lace up.   They are available in sizes 7,7 1/2, 8, 8 1/2, 9 1/2 & 10.  They have leather uppers and the balance are man made materials.  The MSRP $58.
