Both sheets are presented as originally purchased from the P.O., i.e., one being uncanceled and the other canceled with a FDC. (Jan 29, 1974).  Each sheet contains four stamps with Medieval Postal Couriers wearing different "uniforms". Of some interest is the fact that the sum of the four stamps in the sheet is 2 francs, yet the sheet sold for 3 francs.
