You are buying a vintage Dell comic featuring  Gene Autry. It is number Vol. #1 /number #71 / January 1953. The cover looks good for its age. The spine is severely damaged.. The back cover has the Red Ryder Cowboy Carbine ad-really cool. The ad does show a crease near the lower right hand corner.  I do not deal in comics and not aware of proper grading of the book condition. I have pointed out the flaws to the best of my ability.

 I believe these items it authentic in nature due to I purchased at an estate auction  and many of the items are from the 40-60.
