All orders placed before 12am (Eastern Standard) will be shipped the same business day. Orders made after 12am (Eastern Standard) will be shipped the following business day. All orders in the continental 48 States will be shipped FREE of charge via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Orders outside the continental 48 States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International) will be required to pay a surcharge for shipping if applicable.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to return the order within 60 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense. Exchanges due to shipping errors by Nava Parts will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.

The stated warranty term applies only to the above parts purchased from Nava Parts. 
Nava Parts holds no responsibility for labor costs or installation fees.  Shipping fees are not included in the execution of warranty claims.  
Nava Parts warranties the above mentioned products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a 5 year period from the date the customer receives the item.
Nava Parts will replace any of the above parts should that part be deemed defective by Nava Parts.

ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PARTS ADDED PERIPHERALLY, and ROAD CONDITIONS are specifically NOT covered by the warranty agreement.
BENT SHAFTS, TIE RODS, and HOUSINGS are specifically NOT covered by warranty.  
This warranty covers ONLY the part purchased from Nava Parts.
Nava Parts assumes or accepts NO responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part.  There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed.  Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser of the above mentioned parts.  The original purchaser of the part will be the only party to which this warranty applies.  There is no stipulation of warranty to anyone but the original purchaser.   Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately VOID.
Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to Nava Parts with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part.
Nava Parts assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.  The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated on the invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.  Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty.
This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part and is non-transferable under any circumstances.  
Nava Parts, at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser.  
For any Nava Parts warranty claims requesting cross shipping (Nava Parts ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 50% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item.  The deposit will be immediately returned to the purchaser upon receipt of the alleged defective part via PayPal.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND DETROIT AXLE ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE AUTO PART SOLD. 

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In addition, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, limitations as to these matters contained herein may not apply to you. 
Nava Parts warrants to the original purchaser that each remanufactured or new auto part sold by Nava Parts shall be free, under normal use, from any defects in material and/or workmanship, subject to the following terms and conditions: 
DEFINITIONS: 
AUTO PART: As used herein, the term auto part shall mean: a remanufactured or new auto part supplied by Nava Parts.

LIMITATIONS: This warranty applies only to the auto part supplied by Detroit Axle. This warranty shall not apply to, or include any of the following: 
1. Repair or replacement required as a result of any accident, misuse, road hazard, tampering or disassembly.
2. Any Nava Parts auto part used for competition or related purposes.
3. Any Nava Parts auto part used on an off-road or fleet vehicle.
4. Any Nava Parts auto part which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized installer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to O.E.M. specifications have been installed. 
5. Any Nava Parts auto part on which the periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed.
6. Any Nava Parts auto part failing as a result of failure to replace a different faulty component or failure to flush the power steering system thoroughly before installation.
7. Warranty shall not apply to ANY repairs and/or replacements not authorized by Nava Parts.
