Tracking #’s are available after 7 business days of auction closed. Hopefully, you will receive your merchandise within that time frame. USPS shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. This information will be provided if requested, by email. You can check on the shipping status of your item by going to the Ebay Item Page and clicking on View Order Detail. (Once you have received Item Shipped Email).

Communication: I usually reply to all E-mail’s within 24 hours or less . If you do not hear a response back from me within that time frame, (check your emails - I will inform all buyers, when I will be out of the office) or there may be a possibility that your E-mail address is not up to date with Ebay and or your spam filters are blocking it. (especially AOL, YAHOO, HOTMAIL & EARTHLINK users.)

Return policy: All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Items are personally inspected and packed by me before they are shipped. All Items leave the warehouse in perfect condition. If your package is damaged when you receive it, do not open it. Please return the damaged goods to us by placing the original carton inside a slightly larger box and attaching a copy of your letter to us on the outside of the package. Buyer must pay for any return shipping charges under all circumstances, even if the item is damaged during shipping. We will pay for shipping it back to the buyer. We do not provide any refunds at all. In extremely rare cases, if we decide to provide refund, there will be 30% Restocking fee.   I believe I provide a truly accurate and detailed description of all items I list. I give every buyer the opportunity to ask question about the items they are interested in.

Shipping Address: Items will be shipped to the address you provide, either through Ebay, PayPal. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address. Please do not forget to add Apt #’s If any. Items shipped via USPS, are not eligible for address correction.

PO BOX, APO & FPO Addresses: Before bidding, please ask if we will ship this particular item to PO BOX, APO & FPO Addresses. All APO & FPO customers buy on there own risk as NO tracking Information can be provided by USPS. Shipping to such addresses may be higher.

Local pick up: We do not allow local pick ups.
