US Domestic Delivery: All items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment (Mon-Fri). Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. International Delivery
International orders are shipped via Global/international Priority Mail.

Processing and Tracking All items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment (Mon-Fri). We use Delivery Confirmation on US shipments so we can verify delivery, we do not provide tracking on your package. We will provide the DC number to you if 14 days have passed and your package has not arrived. Any requests for the DC number before that time will not receive a response of any kind. Delivery confirmation is just that, confirmation by the Post Office that the package has been delivered and it cannot be used as a tracking service other than an end point verification. We will declare a package lost and issue a refund if the package has not arrived in 30 days (and DC does not show the package as delivered.)for Domestic US mail and 60 days for our international customers. If the USPS shows the package delivered (US Customers) you will need to contact your post office to recover the package.
Most orders are in transit for two days but some may take longer. If you have a specific time frame please contact us before you make the purchase.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. If it does not meet our claims for performance, please contact us by email for information on how to return the item to receive a refund for your purchase (less shipping charges for international customers) within 30 days of your initial purchase. We are happy to try to help troubleshoot any issues you may have, and will extend the 30 day time frame for our guarantee if we are working with you to try to fix a problem. In all other cases, refunds will not be issued if the request is dated after the 30 day time frame has expired.
