This is a GREAT ITEM!! It is an ORIGINAL VW PART!!!!! It should work on the EARLY 1998-1999 BEETLE MODELS!!!! You will be getting 1 REAR VIEW MIRROR! This is the version WITHOUT THE CLOCK & TEMPERATURE!!!!! It is VW PART # 1C0 857 511!!!!!!!! It is in good shape with just the normal wear you would expect and was working when it was removed!!!! It was removed from a 98 BUG with GREY/GRAY INTERIOR!!!!! REMEMBER, IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE THE PICTURE AND THE PART NUMBER AND DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT IT WILL WORK ON YOUR PARTICULAR APPLICATION!!!! Since ebay seems to allow buyer returns for any little thing these days, LET ME BE SPECIFIC FOR ALL OF YOU WHO LIKE TO ASSUME!!!!! YOU ARE ONLY BIDDING ON THE ITEM THAT IS LISTED AND NOTHING ELSE!!!!! IF YOU DON'T SEE IT IN THE PICTURE THEN IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION!!!!! I know that sounds harsh, but when they allow a buyer to return a door handle because it doesn't include an ignition key than I guess you have to be blunt!!!!!!
