UPDATE JAN 2023- POSTAGE INCREASE AND POSTAGE REFUND POLICY UPDATE
Well…I held off as long as I could but with two relatively quick price rises for the Australia Post C4 Tracked Envelopes within a year that I use for up to 5 single comics I have had no choice but to raise my postage prices by an extra $1. I am still offering free shipping for orders $50 and over however!
Also eBay are refusing to refund me the fees I pay when people don’t do the right thing by adding all items to the cart first and for some weird reason buying items one by one paying a huge amount of postage unnessessarily. Fees are calculated on postage too so when I refund overpaid postage I lose out on fees (which is unfair and eBay refuses to fix this problem). Henceforth with exception to genuine accidents and other odd incidents which may occur I will be refunding overpaid postage LESS the eBay fees which would be roughly $1. This would only apply if as a regular buyer you constantly ignore my messages on how to add items to the cart.
