Our portable SL-5868Pdatalogger soundlevel meter is durable and useable for a very broad field of application. It makes possible a fast situation examination also as a regular check measurement. The measurement of noise wins meaning within all ranges particularly to the statement of stress factors in office, workshop, flight and traffic noise. With its elegant blue background lighting an employment is in the dark possible.
The equipment has 4 different measuring parameters: Lp sound level, Leq equivalent continuous A sound level, Lmax maximum sound level and Ln percent of the measured volume values above the adjusted alarm value. The equipment permits a sound level weighting after A and C. Evaluation curves (A, B and C according to International Electronical Commission/DIN 651) are the curves of weighting filters, which are applied to the sound pressure signal. They represent a similar dynamic response for a completely determined volume as felt by the human ear. Likewise the equipment has a time weighting of the noise level. In the Leqmodeinterval measurings are available with 1 second, 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes and 1, 8 und 24 S hours.
For data communication with PC the equipment has a RS-232 interface and a DC OUT interface (10mV/dB). 30 groups of measured values can be stored in the memory of the equipment for a later data transfer. The equipment has a calibration interface for a 94dB calibration. Software and cable (SW2) are available in our shop.
