International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-For. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates on international packages.
Most of the orders will require a signature upon delivery.
International, non EU deliveries may be subject to duty and custom charges for which you are responsible. These taxes may mean your items are delayed whist held at customs and may not be refunded should you return your purchase.
Tracking your order
All Royal Mail orders can be tracked on www.royalmail.com. International packages will be tracked with Royal Mail until the package leaves the UK, after which time the package must be tracked with the recipient's national postal service.
