Starting with Jan,1 2020 Latvia Post seriously increases the postal rates.
Therefor, the item purchases, unpaid by Dec,28 2019 will have the higher postal charge added.
My postal charges of year 2019 of $3.60 will be substituted mostly by $8.00, a few by $5.50.
