This open ear inserts don't block the ear canal, allowing for comfortable extended wear and the ability to hear ambient sounds as well as radio transmissions.

To use this ear lobe, simply remove the nipple from your coil tube and replace it with the ear lobe. Place the ear mold pointed stem into the ear canal with the larger lobe upward. Place the half round circle of the ear mold into the ear folds natural grove surrounding the ear canal.

This flexible & discreet ear insert lets you hear radio traffic in private but leaves the ear open, allowing the wearer to hear what’s going on around them.

These are popular with police officers, allowing long periods of use without discomfort. The soft gel adapts to the shape of the ear and is easy to fit in place of the standard earbud tip on our acoustic tube accessories. You can even use a telephone whilst wearing it.

Simple to fit. Remove the standard eartip/bud fitted to your clear acoustic tube and gently push the earmould directly on the end of the clear tube in it’s place.
