The JT Sprockets production is today the largest and most modern production plant for the pinion and crown world, provided, among other things, with the latest generation of CNC production machines. JT Sprockets manufactures the entire program of sprockets and chain wheels for the aftermarket and original equipment. Each pinion and crown goes through 25 production stages and is therefore subjected to more than ten individual quality checks to successfully leave the production. JT Sprockets produces the right way: for turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to obtain the highest quality at the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile. After the subsequent heat payment each item is hand-controlled - so JT Sprockets sets new quality standards in the motorcycle industry.
