You are looking at a 1925 Limited Edition KENWORTH TANKER BANK 1/34 Scale Locking Coin Bank by Ertl 1994. This bank has an open box with a plastic bag around the truck. This is in great condition! It does not appear to have been “played with”, maybe displayed (not sure). There are no scratches or marks on it. The wheels move but there is NO key for this bank.
