The JT Sprockets production today is the largest and most modern production plant for pinion and crown in the world, equipped among other things with the latest generation of numerically controlled production machines. JT Pignoni manufactures the entire range of gears and cogwheels for the aftermarket and original equipment. Each pinion and crown goes through 25 production steps and is therefore subjected to over ten individual quality checks to successfully leave production. JT Pinions done in the right way: from turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to obtain the highest quality at the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile. After the subsequent thermal coating of each item it is hand controlled - so is JT Pignoni standard of new quality in the motorcycle sector.
