    Returns are accepted 14 days from the date of purchase and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns made in exchange for store credit will not incur a restocking fee and do not expire. Buyer pays return shipping.

    Changed your mind? That's OK! Exchanges accepted 30 days after purchase for any store item equal to or less than the purchase price of your original item less shipping and handling. Returns for money back are accepted with a 15% cleaning and restocking fee. Our instruments go through detailed QC and each return is inspected for damage and performance before placed on our shelves as an "open box" item.
