Fabrication Time

All our seat covers are Made to your Order.  Fabrication time is approximately 3-4 weeks.  Some models may require extra time for fabrication because of the complexity of the pattern.  The fabrication time starts when the customer provides all the information needed to post the order at the Factory.  Custom quality items takes some time to be made.  We'll do our best to have your order ready and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping

US Continental shipping is done by Fed Ex Ground.  Please provide a physical address with your order.

We ship Worldwide.  Inquire for a shipping quote if your Country is not listed.

International Orders are shipped by USPS International Priority Mail.

Warranty 

Coverking products have a standard 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted.
If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, you pay to ship the item back.
Coverking will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you. (Continental US Only)
You will need to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) before shipping.

Returns

All returns on custom made items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions!  Return shipping fees are responsibility of the buyer.
You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number before sending the item back.
