POPOE Terrier Knife SUPER COARSE

Where and when to use -

• Extra Fine: For head, ears and detail work.

• Fine: For Head, neck and general finishing.

• Medium: For general body stripping.

• Coarse: For body stripping on large breeds or extra-coarse coats.

Finished Look -

Rolled Coat - Hand Stripping every 4-6 weeks will result in a “Rolled Coat”. This is where the hairs fit neatly into each other and the coat becomes flatter and coarser.

Irregular stripping (say once every 6 months) will cause the coat to “blow”, making it longer and open (irregular looking) – stripping a “blown” coat can cause bald patches as the coat will try to regenerate itself.

IMPORTANT - Knifes can be extremely sharp and experience is advised if you intend to use them like this. Otherwise to blunt knifes please cut cardboard in a knife like fashion to blunt.
