Take your at-home Total Gym to the next level with up to 90 pounds on each side of your weight bar. Compatible with multiple Total Gym models, this bar is perfect for greater weight resistance and added strength training to your workout. This heavy-duty, chrome weight bar slides effortlessly through the glide board of your Total Gym to enhance your home workout. Your weight, the added weights, and the weight of the bar can't exceed the maximum user weight of your Total Gym, meaning if your unit supports up to 300 pounds and you weigh 200 pounds, then the maximum weight that can be added on each side is 50 pounds. Please note that free weights are not included and must be purchased separately.
