Most of our items are dispatched with Royal Mail where possible.

Fast delivery posting the same day everyday accept Sundays we use second class post as standard FREE delivery unless you multi buy then we will combine and post first class for you.

If you only want one and would like even faster delivery we sometimes have first class available for only 20p extra please see additional postage options.

If your postage option isn't available please message us and we shall look into this.

Most of our items are dispatched the same day at 16:15 so please buy before then for the fastest delivery if this collection is missed they collected at 9:00. The last collection for Royal Mail is 16:30 Monday - Friday and 12:00 on Saturdays.

Other postage is Available please select if needed also feel free to collect.

We can usually discount on multi buys if its not already available just ask.

If there are any delays in postage or problems please contact us.

Any delays will not be down to dispatch time but possible causes could be couriers, weather etc.

If it has been damaged by yourself during installation for example unfortunately we would not be able to refund this.

With Christmas, the Holidays and with the Pandemic we are having more than usual delays. Most of our post is still arriving on time but please expect delays, order within plenty of time and be patient. We apologies sincerely if your item does take longer than expected. 4. Items shipped in the U.K if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 10 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.

5. Items shipped in Europe if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 20 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.

6. Items shipped Worldwide if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 25 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.

If it does take longer than the above waiting time, please contact us and we will see that you are refunded for your order and we will then start an investigation with the couriers.
