33.5mm Outer diameter Piston diameter hole in fork: 26mm Valve total height: 15mm YSS fork valves transform the behavior of conventional fork giving the rider a controlled feel of better contact with the road. CAD-engineered and hardened from extremely lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum with 65 Rockwell.
Through an elaborate system of holes in the valve the oil flow in the fork is changed so that the contact with the road and the feedback is much more direct.
The driver thus gains in terms of safety and perceives the variations in the road surface.

The fork valves come complete set for the respective fork diameter.
A subsequent fine adjustment can be made via the amount of oil or other oil viscosity.
Active principle: The YSS fork valve is inserted between the fork leg and the fork spring. Therefore it is important to know the inside diameter of the dip tube and the hole in the stem in advance.
Depending on fork valve diameters used additional oil flow holes must be drilled in the piston. This is described in detail in the installation instructions.
Fork valve tuning is possible after installation with minimal effort. pulled the oil from the fork and the fork valve are lifted straight up.
Then the screw can be tightened in 2-turn intervals or loosened with an Allen key.
