With Christmas, the Holidays and with the Pandemic we are having more
than usual delays. Most of our post is still arriving on time but please expect
delays, order within plenty of time and be patient. We apologies sincerely if
your item does take longer than expected. To help yourself and us please read
the below.
1. Please make sure
your eBay and PayPal address are correct before you pay.
2. Items will be shipped the same day at 4PM (please order in at least half
hour before this time to guarantee same day dispatch) if it is not possible that
day then it will be the following available postage day.
3. If it is marked as
dispatched, it has been dispatched please do not ask us if it has been
dispatched, all stock is our own we do not drop ship.
4. Items shipped in the
U.K if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 10
working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we
cannot do anything until then.
5. Items shipped in Europe
if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 20
working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we
cannot do anything until then.
6. Items shipped Worldwide
if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 25
working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we
cannot do anything until then.
If it does take longer than the above waiting time, please contact us and
we will see that you are refunded for your order and we will then start an
investigation with the couriers.
Please understand delays are happening worldwide this is out of all our control
it does not matter where or whom you buy from this will be the same.
