WITHER STRAP. “EMPATHY”. 480228. We believe that this item was made within the last 5-10 years. The wither straps have multiple holes in them that allow it to be adjusted. The metal rings appear to be made of stainless steel and were not attracted to a magnet when tested. The steel rings have wear, fading, scratches, nicks, and normal shelf-type wear. The wither also has normal shelf-type wear such as scratches, manufacturing imperfections, nicks, dings, and dusty areas. The padded part of the wither measures roughly 15 5/8” x 3 5/8” at its furthest points. The straps measure roughly 9 1/4“ in length from the ends of the pad. The wither weighs roughly 15 oz.
