1. When should I use the Cica-aid?

- Use the patch as a bandage after you popped a pimple. You can soothe the area and prevent secondary infection and formation of acne scars.

- Use the patch as a pus extractor when your pimple is already opened or is almost peak whitehead stage.

- Use the patch as a protective barrier. It will not only prevent you from picking the pimple, but it will enhance the healing of your skin.

- Use the patch containing Centella extract as a spot-treatment. It is helpful for mild acne.

2. How long should I leave on Cica-aid?

Whether you wear it overnight or during the day, you should not go over 12 hours. Wear the patch preferably at least 8 hours. It will reduce soothing time and decrease the chance of scarring.

3. Why Cica-aid did not work for me?

- Before using the patch, you probably did not clean your skin properly.

- The patch was detached from the pimple for less than 3 hours.

How To Use 1. To open up skin pores, wash your face with lukewarm water. 2. After washing your face, pat dry. Ensure the infected area is properly dried. Otherwise, the patch doesn’t stick well. 3. Do not apply any acne treatments before placing the patch. 4. Detach the acne patch by pressing the cutline on the film. Beware of tearing off without touching the middle. 5. Put a single patch directly above the infected area and gently press for 5 seconds. 6. Wait for 5-8 hours, or until you see that the patch goes from transparent to faint white, it has done its work.
