An updated edition of the 1893 "Indexed Atlas " map and overprinted with the railroads operating in Utah.  They are identified in red just below the Title. Index of chief Cities in left margin,. Verso is a detailed listing of "Counties, Creeks, Mountains, Reservations, Rivers, Towns etc." There are only 2 Reservations : Navajo and Uinta.  But, interestingly there are 4 islands listed.
