It fits Carmen pretty well, my mannequin!! She measures 29-30" under-bust/around, and 34" at nipple/around. I put it on the tightest notch for her size.
I have no idea how to measure a bra, I can try again if you need it! I can tell you this fits too narrow for my cup size, and I wear 32DD, 34D, or 36C, but the band fits me fine. I would guess its best for a narrow bust B/C cup but again, I'm not certain and can't find Chanel bra size chart.
