The Pole Chainsaw features a lightweight aluminium shaft and compact 8″ chain. The 90cm long extension pole make pruning easier by extending the total chainsaw length to 2.7m, to give you an average reach of 3.5m. The auto oil lubrication function keeps the chainsaw working smoothly and you can monitor the oil level through the side indication window. The lubrication oil even comes included so that you can get to work straight away. And if you need to tighten the chain from time to time, an Allen key is provided for easy adjustments. The 2-in-1 Pole Saw includes an added branch trimmer with five different angle settings to help you manipulate around corners and odd angles with ease.

The Cordless Chainsaw features a compact 10'' chain and bar to make trimming and cutting in tight spaces easy. The chainsaw also has the auto oil lubrication function with oil indication window and lubrication oil. Best of all, it has a tool-free chain and bar adjustment system (SDS system) that makes fine-tuning your cutting requirements less of a hassle.

Returns

We accept returns. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

  1. • You changed your mind and wish to request a return

  2. • Your product was damaged during transit

  3. • You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchase

  4. • You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.

Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.

We cannot accept change of mind returns for mattress orders once they have been taken out of the vacuum sealed packaging

Shipping

  1. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

  2. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

  3. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

  4. Please pay attention to shipping exclusions and enter the postcode of your delivery address in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Applicable postage and handling fees will be displayed.

  5. Shipping fees include postage and handling fees. If you have selected registered post, tracking numbers will be provided via eBay when your order is dispatched.

  6. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

  7. Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Hence discounts on freight costs are not available.

  8. Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment.

  9. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

  10. We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

  11. We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
