Previous owner bought sheer white thigh highs to go with this costume so the leg garters could be worn on arms or over the red bows on the thigh highs. Dress is detailed with gold brocade faux lace-up and heart glitter print multi layered petticoat skirt. Skirt has red unique fiber optic lights with hidden pocket for on/off switch. Doesn't have the jeweled tiara or shoes. This is preowned in good condition. The skirt and scepter were tested and both light up.

How the Light-Up Costumes work:

The Light up costumes operate with Fiber Optic technology. Fiber Optics are tiny threads that contain the lights. Light up costumes contain an inner pocket inside the costume located on the side near the hip. The pocket contains a tiny plastic battery case with batteries inside. The lights are turned on by a switch on the battery case. Turning the batteries on and off is easy to control by the wearer of the Light-up costume.
