This is a brand new 20 Amp Philmore/Zing Ear push button thermal circuit breaker. This breaker features a reset button which pops out when tripped and button cannot be manually pulled out to disconnect the circuit. Also, thermal breakers do not trip instantly, there is a delay based on the amount of overload.
