You are purchasing a 1991 Topps Desert Storm "The Commander In Chief President George Bush" - collector card #1. This is the #1 and "key card" to this great classic set.

I would describe this card in near-mint to min condition.    

However, I am NOT a grader of cards. Just an avid fan and collector of mostly pre-1970 non-sports cards.

This set is considered a nice set of the non-sports cards sets from the late 20th century.
