We cannot guarantee we will be able to fix a ship to address if it is incorrect, because the item could be processed immediately after ordering it. Please note that all shipments returned due to insufficient,failed, or invalid address will be subject to a restocking fee unless the order is reshipped at the buyers expense. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees for orders that are returned to us due to an invalid, failed, or insufficient address.

Marsino's Costumes has a 30 day return policy due to the nature of the items we sell. Most items are one time use items. All returns are subject to return shipping paid by the buyer. Your return item(s) must arrive at our designated return address within 30 days from the date you placed the order. Returned items must be new, unused, and unopened with all original packaging and packing materials intact. Used or damaged items, including the item packaging, will not be eligible for refund. Please be honest and do not try to return items you wore for Halloween events or other events after Halloween or after the event. Every return must have the eBay Return Authorization number written on the package and the RMA slip must be inside the package. We cannot process returns without the information and not including it will delay the return process! All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not eligible for refund. Upon satisfactory inspection of a return we will issue a refund to the buyer less any return shipping fees, etc.
