Scope / applicable law For the business relationship between us, the company PH printer accessories and you are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Acknowledgment of receipt and order confirmation The purchase contract is concluded when your order for the goods is accepted by our system on the website within 4 hours of the order process through the notification of receipt confirmation and assignment of an order number. The text of the contract is not saved by us and can no longer be called up after the order process has been completed. However, you can print out the order data immediately after submitting it. 4. Delivery time We usually deliver within 3 - 4 working days. 5. Delivery conditions and shipping costs We offer you one of the most flexible freight systems in the German mail order business via DPD. If you have chosen the type of payment during the ordering process, the respective shipping costs will be shown. Terms of delivery - DPD (parcel service) We will send your order via DPD up to a weight of 30.0 kg. As DPD has excellent customer service, delivery is convenient and flexible for you. If the deliverer cannot reach you with the first delivery, he will leave a message. You can then make a new appointment. If you actually cannot be reached on the second delivery attempt, you can always go to the nearest DPD branch. Delivery conditions Forwarding agency Parcels that are heavier than 30.0 kg are delivered by forwarding agency - to the front door. Please always give us a telephone number where you can reach the shipping company during the day in order to arrange a delivery date. Shipping costs: You only pay shipping costs once per order. 6. Payment The stated € prices are all incl. German VAT In addition, the shipping costs stated in the order confirmation will be charged. You have the option of paying cash on delivery or cash in advance. Prepayment The invoice amount incl. Postage must be transferred to the specified account in advance. Cash on delivery You pay the deliverer upon receipt of the goods. Credit Card We do not accept credit card payments. 7. Revocation instruction Right of revocation: You can revoke your contract declaration within one month without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the item. The period begins on the day after receipt of the ordered goods and receipt of the cancellation policy for consumers in text form. Prohibition of offsetting The customer is not entitled to offset unless the counterclaims are not disputed by us or have been legally established. 11. Retention of title The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. 12. Data protection Without your express consent, your data will only be saved to process your order and to maintain customer relationships. Our data protection practice is in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG). 13.
