 Photos are pasted to an album page from their corners,  otherwise a clean lot presumably from 1946.

We wound up at the Silk Rose Jazz Club, where for 10s you got a girl to sit with , a bottle of beer and a lot of Japanese Dixieland. It sounded cheap and it was, even though the girls spoke hardly any English. They were very pretty and they sat very close, trying hard to express themselves with the words of pop songs. 'You go for sweetheart in America?' " You baby-face' ' You like Tokyo?' "Tokyo swingin."
