 This really is the fastest delivery on eBay we use Royal mail service posting the same day on all orders before 4pm. As a standard FREE delivery we use 2nd class large letter (first class can be added for an additional 20p for even faster delivery) fitting through your letterbox so even if your out you still won't miss this.

Fast delivery posting the same day everyday accept Mondays we use second class post as standard FREE delivery unless you multi buy then we will combine and post first class for you, if you only want one and would like even faster delivery we have first class available please see additional postage options.

All our items are dispatched the same day at 16:15 so please buy before then for the fastest delivery. The last collection for Royal Mail is 16:30 Monday - Friday and 12:00 on Saturdays.

Other postage is Available please select if needed also feel free to collect.

We can usually discount on multi buys if its not already available just ask.  

If there are any delays in postage or problems please contact us. 
Any delays will not be down to dispatch time but possible causes could be couriers, weather etc.

Some items have to be sent with minimal packaging this is so that they qualify for letterbox and fastest delivery.
If any items are damaged or you have any issues when you receive them please send us photos as soon as possible and we can resolve this.

With Christmas, the Holidays and with the Pandemic we are having more than usual delays. 4. Items shipped in the U.K if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 10 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.

5. Items shipped in Europe if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 20 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.

6. Items shipped Worldwide if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 25 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.

 

If it does take longer than the above waiting time, please contact us and we will see that you are refunded for your order and we will then start an investigation with the couriers.
