We send all orders within 24 hours with the exception of the weekend & bank holidays

Due to the current situation, there are significant delays with royalmail right now in certain areas and 1st class items are delivered in 1-5 working days

Please allow a few extra days for delivery after the one quoted by eBay if you haven't received your order. Most of our items have been received in 1 -2 working days judging from recent feedback

We send your item via your chosen method at checkout

Please note that Royalmail 1st and 2nd class CANNOT be tracked using the Royalmail portal. The tracking number you receive only shows that your parcel has been accepted by Royalmail 

We can provide proof of postage/information upon request but please do this if you have to within 2 weeks as we dispose receipts after this time period

We offer 1st Class Signed for and NEXT DAY Special Delivery

All items are made to order so be sure you want the item before placing your order.

Personalised items cannot be returned but saying this, we will do our best to solve any problem you may have
