· We accept payment by PayPal only via Ebay.
· Please note that payments must clear into our PayPal account before the order process can start.
· We can only send to the address shown on your PayPal account.
· So please ensure that the ship-to address is identical to the one shown on your PayPal account.
· PayPal with Unconfirmed address will cause delays.
Shipping Policy
· All orders are dispatched same day.
· Item will be shipped via Royal Mail, on same day after payment is cleared and verified.
· All items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 16:00 or next morning if ordered after 16:00.
· We do NOT ship to PO Box address.
· We will always try to handle your queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Return Policy
· Just bring into our attention within 14 days of receipt and we'll refund your product instantly!
· Exchanges or a refund can be issued however unfortunately we cannot refund initial postage costs.
· Note: Returns are at the Buyers Expense.
