Matrix SoColor Sync Pre-Bonded Demi-Permanent Alkaline Toner or Cream Developer (Choose Yours) 

All of the colors from the Matrix's brand SoColor and SoColor Sync (formerly Color Sync) were reformulated to now be Pre-Bonded, or enhanced with ionic bond protection technology. In addition, they have new packaging which will be shipped when available.

USAGE

1. Mix SoColor Sync hair color with 10 Volume Cream Developer in a 1:1 ratio. Always use immediately after mixing. 
2. Take 1/4" or 1/2" partings of clean dry hair and quickly apply the color. Avoid the skin as you work. 
3. Process up to 20 minutes at room temperature. 
4. Rinse thoroughly, cleanse and condition with Total Results Color Obsessed.
