Shipping varies for all states outside the 48 contiguous e.g. PR/HI/AK but not limited to these. If you purchase prior to clarifying final shipping and decide to cancel after you find out the cost, we will not be able to refund paypal fee because that is not refunded to us even after cancellations.
We use economy shipping whether that is Fedex ground or USPS. That is not an option for us to select so we've stated a service but we decide the carrier.
