Return/Warranty
Online order has 14 days money back, 1 month exchange and 1 year fix/repair service warranty. For DOA unit or Within 1 month defective unit, NO QUESTION ASKED, we will offer exchange/replacement. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We will pay the shipping fee to send you the replacement.
Warranty does not include changing mind, wrong ordering and misuse. For any other return request, please notify us thru ebay account.. to request an RMA number, before returning the package to us. Returns without RMA number may not be recognized or processed. |
